The cooperation of collaboration of Helikon-Opera and the House of Music continues
For the second year "Helikon-Opera invites" programs are in the playbill of Svetlanovsky Hall.
On the 28th of January "The Golden Cockerel" by N. A. Rimsky Korsakov by the 100th anniversary since its first production. Helikon-Opera performance was created in 1999 and the grotesque world of fairy-tale state in the striking way reminded the actuals of those times.
On the 27th of March on birthday of Mstislav Rostropovich Helikon-Opera will perform "Die Fledermaus" by J. Strauss. The performance is dedicated to the memory of Maestro. The production of "Die Fledermaus" in Paris was the joint project of Mstislav Rostropovich and Dmiry Bertman.
On the 27th of May "Norma" by Bellini is scheduled. This is Helikon-Opera's scale performance was for the first time presented in Santander of Spain in 2004.
The Chamber Hall contains two series of "Helikon soloists" season ticket. The artists of Helikon-Opera perform in original (every contains its own plot and intrigue) programs of Mikhail Egiazaryan's musical cycle "The Gift of Singing Soul" , every time showing the new colours of their talent. The first concert of the season ticket will take place on the 13th of November 2009. It is called "Ironical Songs" and is devoted to non-serious, American and Russian music of the XX century, to what is called the jokes of geniuses. Besides, in the context of this cycle a solo concert of Larisa Kostiuk (6th of December) and a concert of soloists and choir "Kalinka-Opera" (10th of December) will take place. The second half of the season the spectators will see the "Eastern Express" program, which fully shows the impressions of European composers of oriental music and the evening devoted to the personality of Winnaretta Zinger-Polignac.
On the 4th of October "The Snow Queen" performance for children will be shown in the Theatrical Hall of Moscow International House of Music.
The season-tickets to "Helikon soloists" and tickets to "Kalinka-Opera" can be purchased in the box-office of Helikon-Opera in Arbat.
