"Crisises come and go. Culture stays"

On the 10th of November "Anticrisis gallery" concert took place in the Big Hall of Moscow Conservatory in support of "Kultura" newspaper. The logo of the concert was "Crisises come and go, culture stays".

In his foreword the chief editor of "Kultura" newspaper Yuri Beliavsky expressed his gratitude to all readers of the paper and to the audience. Soloists of "Helikon-Opera" Honoured Artists of Russia Ksenia Viaznikova, Nikolay Dorozhkin, Igor Tarasov, laureate of International contests Svetlana Sozdateleva and chorus of Helikon-Opera took part in the concert. People's artists of Russia Ilse Liepa, Garry Grodberg, Igor Kostolevsky, Alexey Mochalov, Konstantin Raikin, People's Artist of USSR Nikolay Petrov, Honoured Artist of Russia Eugene Redko, artists of Moscow State Conservatory, artists of State Academic Central Muppet Theatre named after S. Obraztsov and State  Academic Ensemble of Folk Dance named after I. Moisseev, laureates of International contests Alla Kolesnikova (piano) and Pavel Miliukov (violin), graduate of Moscow State Academy of Choreography Daria Khokhlova also performed that eveing. The director of the concert was Ilya Ilin.
