Premiere of the film version of L. Weinstein’s opera Cinderella at the Cinema Center The Oktyabr

It sounds like a cliché, but everyone needs a fairy tale. Especially now! That is why the project TheatreHD starts a new season with Leonid Weinstein's fairy–tale opera Cinderella.

This Helikon’s performance is a fascinating journey into the world of miracles and a holiday for the whole family. We are sure that you will be humming the arias of Cinderella and the Prince from the colorful scene at the ball long after leaving the hall!

The film version of the opera, created by the Helikon-opera Theater together with the TV-channel Russia-Culture, will allow a fresh look at your favorite fairy tale: multi-camera recording and advanced light and sound technologies will take you to the big screen to the magical world. On October 6, the legendary building of the Moscow cinema The Oktyabr will turn into an amazing fairy-tale palace with a real royal ball awaiting you inside!
