Chief Set and Costume Designers of the Helikon-opera Theater Igor Nezhny and Tatyana Tulubieva were awarded the titles of "People's Artists of the Russian Federation" for great contribution to fine arts by decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 21 May No. 423 "about rewarding State Awards of the Russian Federation".
