Malchishnik in "Helikon-opera"
On March 8 the traditional gala concert Malchishnik under the title LOVE IS ... #TCHAIKOVSKY was held in Moscow Musical Theatre "Helikon-Opera" under Dmitry Bertman.
Arias from Petr Tchaikovsky's operas "Eugene Onegin", "The Queen of Spades", "Iolanta", "Cherevichki" were performed by the Honoured Artists of Russia Sergey Toptygin and Mikhail Guzhov, laureates of international contests Dmitry Ovchinnikov, Vasily Efimov, Alexey Isaev, Maxim Perebeynos, Igor Morozov, Dmitry Khromov, Petr Morozov, Mikhail Seryshev, Vadim Volkov and other strong part of the artists of the choir. For the first time, Tchaykovsky ballets "Tchelkunchik" and "The Swan Lake" were jokily performed by choir artists. Director - Vischeslav Starodubtsev, conductor - Valery Kiryanov.
