The recital consists of the best arias of Russian and European operas.

Irina Samoilova was born in Moscow. Graduated from Moscow college named after Shnitke and Russian Academy of Music named after Gnessins (Prof. Galina Oleinichenko class). She is a laureate of two Russian and four international contests. Since 2002 she is a soloist of "Helikon-Opera".

Repertoire of Irina Samoilova consists of the parts for lyrical colorature soprano, among them Ludmila ("Ruslan and Ludmila" by M. Glinka), Snow Maiden, Volkhova, Marfa ("Snow Maiden", "Sadko", "The Tsar's Bride" by N. Rimsky-Korsakov), Norina and Linda ("Don Pasquale", "Linda di Shamounix" by G. Donizetti), La Contessa di Folleville ("Il Viaggio a Reims"  by G. Rossini), Mikaela ("Carmen" by G. Bizet), Princess ("Rusalka" by A. Dvorak) and other.
