Helikon-Opera" in Estonia

From 15 to 17 August 2014 Helikon-Opera toured in Tallinn at the monastery of St. Birgitta, located in Pirita.

On August 15 at Birgitta festival Verdi’s opera "Un ballo in mascheral" was presented by leading soloists Elena Mikhaylenko, Ilya Govzich, Alexei Isaev, Lydia Svetozarova, Honored Artist of Russia Ksenia Viaznikova, Sergei Toptygin. Stage director People's Artist of Russia Dmitry Bertman, set and costumes - Igor Nezhny and Tatiana Tulubieva, Conductor – Valery Kiryanov.

“KLASsnaya opera”, a gala-concert, devoted to the 75th anniversary of artistic director of the festival maestro Eri Klas, was performed on August 16 and 17. Conductors of the concert were Eri Klas and Valery Kiryanov.

Together with Helikon artists Estonian singers Rauno Elpit, Prov Vollmer, Heli Veskus, Oliver Kuusik and Marion Elva (Finland) took part at the gala concert.
