"Malchishnik" in "Helikon-opera"

On March 8, the traditional "Malchishnik", a concert, devoted to International Women Holiday, was held in "Helikon-opera". The male's program was called "There are so many names, but there is only one between them, the name of my beloved one".

The soloists of the theatre the Honoured ARtists of Russia Vadim Zaplechny and Sergey Toptygin, laureates of the International contests Konstantin Brzhinsky, Ilya Govsich, Mikhail Guzhov, Vasily Efimov, Alexey Isaev, Vadim letunov, Mikhail Nikanorov, Dmitry Ponomarev, Mikhail Seryshev. The concertmaster was Mikhauil Egiazaryan. The stage director Viacheslav Starodubtsev. 

The arias from operas "The Queen of Spades", "Eugene Onegin", "Mazepa" and "Iolanta" by P. Tchaikovsky, fragments from "Ruslan and Ludmila" by M. Glinka, "Aleko" by S. Rakhmaninov, "Maritana" by G. Sviridov, songs from "The Bird Seller" by K. Zeller, aria from "La Belle Helene" by J. Offenbach and some other songs were perfromed.
