On October 18 the Congress of Moscow Teachers 2013 ended with a large gala concert in “Rossiya” concert hall

Stage director of the show was the artistic director of "Helikon-Opera", People's Artist of Russia Dmitry Bertman.

"It will be a great event, because it is the first congress of teachers of Moscow. Sergei Sobyanin will award bonuses to teachers, and great artists will participate in the concert. We hope that teachers will like the event and that they will be able to relax a bit and smile , "- said artistic director of “Helikon-opera” Dmitry Bertman in his interview to "Moskva-24" TV channel.

The presenters of the concert were the artistic director of the Pushkin Theatre Evgeny Pisarev and actress Valeria Lanskaya . After the welcome speech of Moscow Mayor S. Sobyanin the performance of Oleg Menshikov’s brass band set the mood of the concert.

The soloists of "Helikon-Opera" Vadim Letunov, Alexander Miminoshvili and Andrew Palamarchuk and artists of the choir performed songs "Natashka is the first-grader" and "Antoshka".

Valentin Gaft, Gennady Khazanov, Irina Apeksimova, Michael Levitin congratulated the teachers from the stage. Among the performers were Ekaterina Shcherbachenko, Nikolay Tsiskaridze, Oleg Pogudin, Gerard Vasilyev. The State Academic Folk Dance Ensemble named after I. Moiseev, Natalia Kasatkina and Vladimir Vasilyev Theatre of Classical Ballet, the artists of the Moscow Circus on Tsvetnoy Boulevard, singer Varvara with the Pipe Band of Moscow also took part in the show.
