A recital of Dmitry Skorikov
On the 10th of May a recital of Dmitry Skorikov was held in Moscow musical theatre "Helikon-opera".
Irina Samoilova (soprano), Elena Zhelezina (violin), Natalia Aroutiunova (piano), as well as Yulia Pilipovich, a soloist of "Berezka" State Academic Choreographic Ensemble, and Orchestra of Russian Folk Instruments of "Berezka" Ensemble took part in the concert. The conductor was Leonid Smirnov.
The works by F. Schubert, W. A. Mozart, F. Kreisler, S. Rakhmaninov, G. Sviridov, A. Novikov, V. Basner, N. Bogoslovsky, M. Blanter, D. Tukhmanov, I. Dunaevsky and Russian folk songs were performed.
Despite May holidays and hot weather, a lot of public gathered to see the concert. Dmitry Skorikov's and other artists' performances were warmly received by the audience.
