"Nabucco" at Mariinsky theatre

World opera stars Placido Domingo and Maria Guleghina took part in "Nabucco" by G. Verdi in Dmitry Bertman's production
On May 4, 2013 Verdi's opera "Nabucco," directed by the artistic director of the theater "Helikon-Opera" Dmitry Bertman, with the world opera stars Maria Guleghina and Placido Domingo was presented at the historic stage of Mariinsky Theatre as a part of celebrations to mark the opening of the new theater "Mariinsky-2" . The conductor was maestro Valery Gergiev.
"Nabucco" in Dmitry Bertman, Tatiana Tulubieva and Igor Nezhny production was included in the repertoire of Mariinsky Theatre in 2005. This production is very popular with the audience, Russian and international opera celebrities regularly participate in it.
