Congratulations to Viacheslav Starodubtsev!

By the Decree of the Ministry of Education of Russian Federation №47 from the 4th of February 2013 about the conferment of the academic degree of the candidate of science the academic degree of the candidate of art history is given to Viacheslav Starodubtsev (a thesis named "Methods of teaching actors and opera direction", the supervisor of studies is prof. Dmitry Bertman).
