Artists of "Helikon-opera" took part in the ceremony of opening of a new international passenger terminal in Vnukovo airport
Soloists, choir and orchestra of Moscow musical theatre "Helikon-opera" under Dmitry Bertman took part in the ceremony of solemn opening of a new international passenger terminal in Vnukovo airport.
On the 18th of December the ceremony of a solemn opening of the second complex of the first turn of a new international passenger terminal A in Vnukovo airport. VIP guests the Head of Administration of President of Russian Federation S. Ivanov, President's Counsellor I. Levitin, Minister of transport M. Sokolov, the Mayor of Moscow S. Sobianin and other official representatives, took part in the ceremony.
The special feature of the program was the performance of soloists, choir and orchestra of Moscow music theatre "Helikon-opera" under Dmitry Bertman.
For the first time in the history of Russian air transport classical works of the world opera repertoire sounded around the dome of the airport. The arias were performed by the leading vocalists of the troupe, many of them are the honoured artists of Russia and the laureates of international contests.
