"Helikon-Opera" devoted one of it's performances to Pavel Lisitsian
On the 13th of November Moscow musical theatre "Helikon-Opera" devoted its perfomance of "Il Barbiere di Siviglia" to the 100th anniversary since birth of Pavel Lisitsian, an outstanding Russian singer, soloist of Bolshoy theatre.
Once it was namely Fiorello's part, with which Pavel Lisitsian debuted onstage of Bolshoi theatre, he was noticed with it and from then his triumphal career had begun.
The Artistic director of "Helikon-Opera" Dmitry Bertman entered the stage before the show. He warmly greeted friends and relatives of Pavel Gerasimovich and the spectators. A young soloist baritone Alexey Isaev, student of Khanty-Mansiysk department of Russian Academy of Music named after Gnessins, who has just joined "Helikon-Opera", debuted as Fiorello on that day. When Fiorello performed his aria, a special film with archive records of Lisitsyand was relayed on special screen.

The children of Pavel Lisitsian, Rusanna, Karina and Ruben, presented to Alexey Isaev a book about their famous father with sincere wishes of further creative success on theatre's stage, for the memory of his debut.
