The performance of "Carre-Quartet ensemble
On the 28th of April the performance of "Carre-quartet" ensemble, a classical string quartet, took place in "Helikon-Opera". The ensemble consists of soloists of the orchestra of Moscow musical theatre "Helikon-Opera" Julia Matveyeva (1st violin), Anna Nechaeva (2nd violin), Elena Savelova (viola), the HOnoured Artist of Russia Tatiana Nakhaeva (violoncello).
The program consisted of works by D. Bortniansky, A. Borodin, M. Moussorgsky, A Liadov, P. Tchaikovsky, E. A. Walter-Kuhne, A. Skriabin, S. Rakhmaninov, D. Shostakovich, S. Prokofiev, R. Schedrin, S. Chechetko.
Besides the participants of "Carre-Quartet", Yulia Komarova (harp), a laureate of international contests Daria Galochkina (flute), Maya Dorfman (oboe), a laureate of International Contest named after P. I. Tchaikovsky Stanislav Lebedev (percussion), a member of Union of Composers Sergey Chechetko (piano), the Honoured Artist of Russia Natalia Aroutiunova (piano), Viacheslav Mikhailov (contrabass), a laureate of international contests, a student of Moscow Conservatory named after P. I. Tchaikovsky (prof. V. G. Igolinsky class) Anna Sych (violin).
