"Prince Orlovsky's ball" in Korston hotel

On the 22nd of December the personnel of Russian informational agency "News" (RIA Novosti) were celebrating the New Year in "Korston" hotel. "Helikon-Opera" theatre presented "Prince Orlovsky's Ball" to the guests. The program of the concert, prepared by Ilya Ilin, consisted from the excepts of the most famous operas like "Carmen" by J. Bizet, "Die Fledermaus" by J. Strauss, "La Traviata" by G. Verdi, "Il Barbiere di Siviglia" by G. Rossini,  "Porgy and Bess" by G. Gershwin and other numbers. People's Artist of Russia Natalia Zagorinskaya, the Honoured Artists of Russia Ksenia Viaznikova, Anna Grechishkina, Elena Ionova, Ekaterina Oblezova, Andrey Vylegzhanin, Nikolay Dorozhkin, Vadim Zaplechny, soloists Maya Barkovskaya, Irina Samoilova, Petr Morozov, Mikhail Davydov, artists of the choir and orchestra. Conductor Konstantin Tchudovsky, choirmaster Eugene Ilin.
