"Helikon-Opera" theatre takes part in the International Arts "Al Bustan" festival in Lebanon
The festival was created in 1994 to woke the cultural life in the country tired out by the long war.The program of the festival is extremely rich with events and includes symphonic and chamber music, opera, contemporary dance, performance of choir and jazz collectives. Among the guests of the festival are a pianist Boris Berezovski, cellist Julian Lloyd Weber, Czech philharmonic chamber orchestra and others.
Moscow "Helikon-Opera" theatre visits Beirut, the Lebanese capital, for the thirteenth time. This year "Al Bustan" spectators will listen to Russian songs concert named "Kalinka", performed by soloists and the choir of the theatre (the 21st of March)
The Lebanese symphonic chamber orchestra and alpine horn performer Carlo Torlontano will close the festival.
