Helikon-Opera tour to Sicily
For several days already the artistic director of Helikon-Opera Dmitry Bertman and soloists of the theatre have been to Sicily, where they are rehearsing “The Tsar’s Bride” opera by N. A. Rimsky-Korsakkov, the joint production of Helikon-Opera and Teatro Bellini (Catania). Chorus and orchestra of Helikon-Opera are mastering the Russian musical classic with pleasure and trying on the costumes of Tatiana Tulubieva. Decorations and stage props are presented by Helikon-Opera.
The first night of the performance will take place on December 5, 2007.
