With the decree of the Artistic Director of "Helikon-Opera" Dmitry Bertman from the 2nd of October 2007 for longstanding and fruitful creative work, important contribution to creative development of Moscow musical theatre "Helikon-Opera" and in connection with 75th jubillee the gratitude is announced to People's Artist of Russia Vladimir Vlasenko.
