Birthday of Alexander Pushkin with "Helikon-Opera"

On the 6th of June 2007 during the celebrations of birthday of a great poet in the Pushkin square of Moscow the festive gala-concert "Pushkin from the view of generations"  will be held. The leading soloists of "Helikon-Opera" and pupils from school № 324 will take part in this event. Director - People's artist of Russia Dmitry Bertman, Director's assistant - Honoured Artist of Russia Ekaterina Oblezova. The works by M. I. Glinka, A. S. Dargomyzhsky, N. A. Rimsky-Korsakov, P. I. Tchaikovsky will be performed.

It is becoming a good tradition for "Helikon-Opera" to participate in Pushkin's birthday. Last year, despite rainy weather, a lot of people gathered to watch the concert of theatre soloists and warmly received their performance.
