Congratulations to Sergey Chechetko

Robert Martin publishing house (France) let a contract with a composer and a concertmaster of "Helikon-Opera" Sergey Chechyotko and released his piano cycle “Le royaume des insectes” ("The kingdom of insects"), consisting of 12 works. One of the plays of this cycle is obligatory for performing in all musical schools of France in 2007. Before that Sergey won the contest, organized by Union of Composers of France (SACEM) among Russian contemporary authors and was accepted to this Union in the end of 2006.

Composer continues his creative activities. Together with a soloist of "Helikon-Opera" Andrey Serov Sergey presented a vocal cycle "What my heart needs..." in Paris in March 2007. At the same time Sergey Chechetko won a second prize in III International harp festival-contest ("Original composition" nomination) and was accepted to Russian harp society.
