Concert in a "White House"

On the 25th December a festive gala-concert of soloists of "Helikon-Opera" took place in the House of Government of Russian Federation. The organizer of the event was the Trade Union of Administration of the President of Russian Federation, Government of Russian Federation, Accounting Department of Russian Federation.

It was the first performance of the theatre in the White House. The bright New Year show consisted of best concert items and arias from popular operas, performed by soloists, choir and orchestra of the theatre with Ded Moroz and Snow Maiden participating, was introduced to an overloaded hall of 1000 seats.

The event was exclusive, because only in the end of December almost all stars of the theatre, who often tour abroad, could gather together on the same concert venue: Vladimir Bolotin, Andrey Vylegzhanin, Anna Grechishkina, Mikhail Guzhov, Nikolay Dorozhkin, Honoured Artist of Russia Vadim Zaplechny, Marina Kalinina, Maria Lobasheva, Maria Maskhulia, Honoured Artist of Russia Ekaterina Oblezova, Honoured Artist of Russia Anatoly Ponomarev, Dmitry Ponomarev, Irina Samoilova, Elena Semenova, Mikhail Seryshev. Director's assistant was Natalia Dychenko. Maestro Vladimir Ponkin was at the conductor's stand.

In the end of the concert the Artistic Director of "Helikon-Opera" received a honoured diploma with gratitude from the Government of Russian Federation.

After the show the spectators thanked artists and asked autographs of Dmitry Bertman and Vladimir Ponkin.
