Congratulations to Irina Onoprienko and Svetlana Kvitchataya!

On the 19th of December 2006 with the Decree of Minister of of Culture of Russian Federation A. S. Sokolov Chief of Note Library Irina Onoprienko was announced a gratitude for the longstanding  work in the field of culture. Chief of International Department Svetlana Kvitchataya received the Honoured diploma of the Ministry of Culture.
