Dmitry Berman was awarded 'The Soul of Opera' Prize

On the evening of November 29, the award ceremony for the laureates of the jubilee X National Opera Award 'Onegin' took place on the historical stage of the Mariinsky Theater. Dmitry Bertman, founder and President of the Helikon-opera theatre, was presented with a special award –  'The Soul of Opera'!

There are people who change the world, warm it, make it kinder and brighter. Dmitry Bertman is one of them: a man who created his own theatre, a director who gave us more than 100 amazing productions, a creator who combines multifaceted talent, a tender soul, a firm will and an open kind heart! We congratulate Dmitry and wish him health, creative energy and inspiration!

'The Soul of Opera' Award for Dmitry Bertman was received by our nominated soloists Ksenia Vyaznikova, Valentina Pravdina, Elisey Laptev and Daniil Garkunov, and this became a powerful symbol for all participants, because Helikon is a family!
