CONGRATULATIONS ON THE PREMIERE OF "DER KAISER VON ATLANTIS" BY V. ULLMANN!

Congratulations on the premiere of the performance "Der Kaiser von Atlantis" by Viktor Ullmann! Stage-director Vadim Letunov, a graduate of Russian Institute of Theatre Arts GITIS (this performance is his graduation work), conductor Elena Sosulnikova, set and costume designer Rostislav Protasov, lighting designer Vladislav Aleksandrov, choreographer Ksenya Lisanskaya and make-up designer Natalya Blinkova worked on the production worked on the production.

The cast of performers: Emperor - Konstantin Brzhinsky, Mikhail Nikanorov, Maxim Perebeynos, Death - Dmitry Skorikov, Alexander Kiselev, Harlequin - Vitaly Fomin, the Drummer - Olga Spitsyna, Yulia Nikanorova, the Girl - Alexandra Sokolova, Sofia Tsygankova, A Soldier - Sergey Ababkin, David Posulikhin, the Loudspeaker - Nikolai Patsyuk, Andrey Orekhov.

The performance was penetrating, captivating into a phantasmagoric element, it makes you think about eternal values. "Ullmann's music, created in the Theresienstadt Ghetto, had such emotional power that I could not resist to put this opera," admitted stage director Vadim Letunov.
