The VII Nano-Opera competition finished!

The spectacular finale of the VII International Nano-Opera Competition awaited us today in the Stravinsky Hall! The gala concert, directed by Vadim Letunov, winner of the V Nano-Opera, left a sparkling feeling of delight and joy of discovery. The brightest, most expressive, filled with unexpected directorial decisions numbers were performed by the magnificent soloists and choir artists of Helikon, accompanied by the orchestra under the baton of maestro Philipp Selivanov. It was a real celebration of creativity and youth!
It is said that the number 7 brings good luck — the VII competition was held in one breath and gave us a lot of pleasure, a storm of emotions, real discoveries and new acquaintances, and most importantly, it revealed to us the names of young creators, who, we are sure, represent the future of Opera.
The competition has finished, but we are not parting with the participants of the Nano-Opera, because each of them has already become part of our theatre and has joined the Helikon family.
Many thanks to the founder and President of the Helikon-opera theatre, the author of the idea and creator of the Nano-Opera competition, People's Artist of Russia Dmitry Bertman for this celebration of opera art!
We also thank the Department of Culture of the city of Moscow and personally the Minister of the Government of Moscow, Head of the Department of Culture of the city of Moscow, Alexey Anatolyevich Fursin for the support of the competition!
