In 2012, Galina graduated from the Kaliningrad Regional Music College named after S.V. Rachmaninoff (vocal art). In 2021, she graduated with honors from the Vocal Department of the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music, under the instruction of People's Artist of Russia N.N. Terentyeva. Same year, she continued her studies in the Master's program at the Vocal Department.

From 2012 to 2017, she was a soloist at the vocal studio "Lira" at the Youth Culture Center in Kaliningrad. On the stage of the Y.A. Speransky Opera Theatre Studio at the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music, she performed the roles of nursery-maid Rowan in Benjamin Britten's "The Little Sweep," Second Lady in W. A. Mozart's "Die Zauberflöte", Iolanta in P. I. Tchaikovsky's "Iolanta," and Tatiana in "Eugene Onegin" by P. I. Tchaikovsky.

Galina is a laureate of All-Russian and International competitions, including the N. Spiller International Vocalists Competition, NEW OPERA WORLD International Opera Singers Competition, Musica classica International Festival-Competition, I.F. Stravinsky International Youth Music Competition, diploma recipient of the Z. Dolukhanova International Vocalists Competition "Amber Nightingale," diploma recipient of the N. Obukhova Open All-Russian Vocalists Competition etc.

In 2022, she became a scholarship recipient of the Muslim Magomayev Charitable Foundation.

In December 2022, she has joined the Helikon-Opera troupe.
