Concert of Marina Karpechenko and Dmitry Ovchinnikov

On the 21st of February the concert of soloists of the theatre Honoured Artist of Russia Marina Karpechenko and Dmitry Ovchinnikov took place in Helikon in Arbat. Arias from operas by A. Dvorak, V. Bellini, G. Donizetti, W. A. Mozart, G. Puccini, G. Rossini, A. S. Dargomyzhsky and M. P. Moussorgsky were performed. The house was full. The singers were encored and sang additional arias from operas and operettas by G. Rossini, G. Puccini and I. Kalman. Performing "Duet of pelican and Carolina" from "The Circus Princess" by I. Kalman artists even danced cancan.
