“Helikon-opera” and “Cesvir” (Centro Economia e Sviluppo Italo-Russo) have signed the cooperation agreement

The ceremony of signing the cooperation agreement between Moscow musical theatre Helikon-opera and “Cesvir” (Centro Economia e Sviluppo Italo-Russo) took place in the “Helikon-opera.

The ceremony took place with the participation of the head of the Office of International Affairs and Protocol of the Department for External Economic and International Relations of Moscow Vyacheslav Manujlov, “Cesvir’s” general director Rocky Malatesta.

Among the guests in the Shakhovskaya hall there were the representors of Italian diplomatic sphere in Moscow, Apulia’s Italian region and even the director of Italian institute of culture in Moscow Olga Strada. The ceremony was MC’d by Tatiana Shumova – the head of Directorate of international programs of the Russian Cultural Foundation.  

After the welcoming speeches general and artistic director of the Helikon-opera theatre Dmitry Bertman and “Cesvir’s” general director Rocky Malatesta have signed the cooperation agreement.

In the framework of the agreement Helikon-opera theatre in collaboration with Teatro Petruzzelli di Bari will realize the staging of the “Eugene Onegin” performance by P. I. Tchaikovsky in November 2019! Also the theatre will participate in the festival projects, organized by our Italian partners.
