Don't put off the meetings for tomorrow

In the concert of Author’s  song on the stage of "Helikon-Opera" will debut Lev Leshchenko, Gennady Khazanov, Mark Rozovsky, Larisa Golubkina, Nikita Vysotsky, Sergey Nikitin and other stars of pop music,  theatre and cinema.

Tradition dies if there is anyone who can continue it. "Helikon-Opera" theatre revives the traditions of the Shahovskoy's-Glebov-Streshneva estate – the cultural center with a rich history. Here in the XIX century were famous the premieres of the private Opera houses of Sergey Zimin and Savva Mamontov, Alexander Tairov directed his performances here. In  the seventies of the last century, when in this building The House of Medic was situated, here you could see closed demonstration of  foreign movies   and performances of young Directors. Even the first disco in the country was held here, in the historical halls of the Palace. However, the most popular were the concerts of Author’s song   – in the end of the XX century  Shahovskoy's mansion became a place of pilgrimage for poets-bards. Many participants of those events now will come back to the renovated «Helikon-Opera" to continue the tradition.

The first unique concert "Don't leave the meetings for another time..." will be held in the great hall of the "Stravinsky" and will bring together on one stage artists of different genres, beloved actors of theatre and cinema, pop stars, authors, musicians and leading soloists of  "Helikon-Opera" theatre. Many of the participants of the concert in Helikon-Opera will be on the stage of the theatre for the first time- Lev Leshchenko, Gennady Hazanov, Elena Kamburova, Mark Rozovsky, Vladimir Devyatov, Larisa Golubkina, Nikita Vysotsky, Sergei Nikitin, Barbara, Dmitry Sukharev, duets Lydia Cheboksarova and Eugene Bykov, Boris Kiner and Mikhail Tsitriniak, ensemble "Berendei". The host of the event - journalist, songwriter, television and radio presenter Tatyana Vizbor.

The evening of the Bard songs will be held on September 15 in the Stravinsky hall of "Helikon-Opera" theatre at the address: Moscow, Bolshaya Nikitskaya, 19/16 d., p. 1.

The concert starts at 19.00.
