Outstanding conductor Vladimir Fedoseyev will become Music Director of the "Turandot" premiere in Helikon-opera

Artistic director of the theater Dmitry Bertman opened the curtain of the new theater season. Today, the name of the music director, who will be working on the premiere of the Puccini's "Turandot" opera, was specified. "Turandot" is the grand international project, which brings together the best creative forces of Russia, China, Italy and America. Music director and conductor of the performances will be People's Artist of USSR, laureate of the State Prize of the USSR, artistic director and chief conductor of the Tchaikovsky Symphony Orchestra Vladimir Fedoseyev, who collaborates with leading symphony orchestras and opera houses of the world.

The premiere of Puccini's "Turandot" will take place at the end of January 2017. 6 performances will be played from January 28 to Feruary 6.
