Dmitry Bertman is the Chairman of the Council of the Artistic Directors of theatres and concert organizations.

Artistic Director of Helikon-opera was elected the Chairman of the Council of the Artistic Directors of theatres and concert organizations.

The first meeting of the Council of Artistic directors of theaters and concert organizations of Moscow was held on June 8th in the Department of Culture.  The Council is a new public body that would represent the interests of the corporation and to help the Department to make decisions in complex matters. Following the meeting the presidium of the council includes the heads of 11 theaters and concert organizations: among them are Director of the School of Dramatic Art Olga Sokolova, Artistic Director of the School of Modern Play Joseph Raihelgauz, director of Gzhel dance theater Marina Kuklina and some others. By Council decision Artistic Director of Helikon-Opera Dmitry Bertman was appointed  the Chairman of the Board.
