The opening of the 26th season

The meeting of the troupe, devoted to the opening of the new 26 season, will be held on September 30 at 14.00

For the first time in many years the meeting will be held in historical building of "Helikon-opera" in Bolshaya Nikitskaya, 19/16.

The Artistic Director of Helikon-opera Dmitry Bertman will tell Helikon people and representatives of the media creative plans of the theatre for a new season, the principals of work in the renewed building, the new soloists will be introduced, the new website and the logo of the theatre will be presented.

Just before the meeting the press-tour around the building will be held.

After the end of the meeting the solemn consecration of the bell-tower will be held on stage of Stravinsky hall. The bells will be presented to the theatre by Nikolay Tsvetkov, the Head of the Council of Directors of URALSIB Financial Company and the Founder of META Fund. The consecration will be held by Father Superior Peter, the abbot of Vysoko-Petrovsky monastery. The choir of Helikon-opera under Eugene Ilin will perform sacred songs.
