Maria Maskhulia-Roessler

Maria Maskhulia was born in Moscow, studied in the Sarajishvili Tbilisi State Conservatory (training course of Professor G. Bezhuashvili), then she transferred to the Gnessins Russian Academy of Music (training course of Professor Z. Dolukhanova) and on graduating from it she joined the theatre company of the “Novaya Opera”. She is a diploma winner of the Dvořák Competition in Karlovy Vary.

Maria performed the mass “To Hope!” by D. Brubeck in the Grand Hall of Moscow Conservatory, took part in the Gala Concert Devoted to the Moscow 850th Anniversary in the Luzhniki.

Maria Maskhulia has been a soloist of Helikon-Opera since 2000.
